The range
One hundred and nine varieties
of edible flowers & microgreens
Everything here is grown in our own greenhouse in Bandung, without pesticides and without a middleman. What follows is what you can order today. If a variety is between harvests, we will tell you when you get in touch.
01 · 26 varieties
Microgreens
Harvested 8–21 days from sowing depending on variety. Three formats: a 50 g cut pack ready to use, a living pot for table display, and a full tray for high-volume kitchens that cut their own.

Peashoot
Sweet & Delicate
Sweet and crisp, like young garden peas. Our best seller, and the one that holds longest in the chiller.

Pea Tendril
Sweet & Delicate
As sweet as peashoot, with curling tendrils that stand up on the plate.

Snow Pea
Sweet & Delicate
Clean sweetness, a little leaner than peashoot.

Rainbow Pea
Sweet & Delicate
Pea flavour with coloured stems — for plating that needs colour without added taste.

Peanut
Earthy & Herbal
Nutty like young peanut, with thick leaves that resist wilting.

White Cabbage
Sweet & Delicate
Mild and faintly sweet, close to neutral.

Red Cabbage
Sweet & Delicate
As mild as white cabbage, with deep purple stems that hold their colour after cutting.

Green Cabbage
Sweet & Delicate
Neutral and clean — bulk without changing the dish.

Red Radish
Peppery & Sharp
Sharp peppery bite, bright pink stems. The most photogenic of the peppery family.

Green Radish
Peppery & Sharp
The same heat, a quieter look. Our second-highest yield per tray.

Chives
Earthy & Herbal
Delicate onion, straight needle stems. A replacement for scallion in fine plating.

Coriander
Fresh & Citrus
Sharp citrus coriander, already at full strength at micro size.

Spinach
Earthy & Herbal
Mild with a mineral edge. Small round leaves.

Mizuna
Peppery & Sharp
Gentle heat with serrated leaf edges — spice that does not fight the dish.

Kale
Earthy & Herbal
Earthy with a sweet finish, sturdier in texture than most microgreens.

Broccoli
Sweet & Delicate
Mild and slightly sweet. The safe choice when a dish must not change.

Sunflower
Earthy & Herbal
Crunchy and nutty, the thickest leaf in the line. Survives a warm plate.

Mustard
Peppery & Sharp
Sharp, like a light wasabi. A little goes far.

Spicy Mustard
Peppery & Sharp
The hottest thing we grow. For fatty meat and dishes that can take it.

Lettuce
Sweet & Delicate
Neutral and crisp, with no bitterness at all.

Red Amaranth
Earthy & Herbal
Softly earthy, in the deepest magenta we grow. The colour survives brief heat.

Buckwheat
Fresh & Citrus
Crisp with a fresh sourness. A juicy texture no other microgreen has.

Red Choi Sum
Sweet & Delicate
Softly sweet with red stems — the coloured version of green choi sum.

Green Choi Sum
Sweet & Delicate
Cleanly sweet with broad leaves. Good as a base rather than an accent.

Green Kohlrabi
Sweet & Delicate
Fresh-sweet like young cabbage, with a firmer crunch.

Bok Choy

Edible Flowers
Picked in the morning with no water on the petals — which is why ours do not brown in the chiller. Available by variety or as a seven-kind Edible Flower Mix.

Edible Flower Mix
Sweet & Delicate
Seven kinds in one pack, composed for colour balance. The usual first order for a new kitchen.

Dianthus
Sweet & Delicate
Lightly sweet with a trace of clove. Fringed petals that stay upright on cream and mousse.

Pansy
Sweet & Delicate
Almost tasteless, with the largest and most expressive face. One bloom is enough to carry a plate.

Viola
Sweet & Delicate
Pansy’s smaller sibling — tighter colour, easier to repeat across a plate.

Marygold
Fresh & Citrus
Citrus with a faintly bitter finish. Petals pull off individually as an orange scatter.

Nasturtium
Peppery & Sharp
Real peppery heat — the one flower here that is used for taste, not looks.

Verbena
Sweet & Delicate
Clusters of small blooms, lightly sweet. Good for covering a wide surface.

Star
Sweet & Delicate
A neat, symmetrical five-point star. The most graphic shape in the flower line.

Elder

Very fine white florets with a sweet muscat aroma. A classic for dessert and cordial.

Cosmos
Sweet & Delicate
Broad, thin petals with a light taste. Quiet pastel colour.

Chamomile
Sweet & Delicate
Apple-sweet in small blooms. Equally good fresh or steeped.

Red Sorrel
Fresh & Citrus

Nasturtium Leaves
Peppery & Sharp
